At Smart Fitness you'll have access to the NCCPT personal trainer manual to help you prepare for the certification exam. On this state-of-the-art platform, each module will include interactive quizzes to help you test your knowledge on the information reviewed within each module. Pre-requisites that must be met to sit for the certification exam include:

  • One must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must present a valid, government issue photo ID
  • Must present a valid Adult CPR card.

In order to maintain a certification, you must complete continuing education units (or CEU's) within the period that you are certified. Smart Fitness provides a portal where you may conveniently obtain all the CEU's needed to maintain the certification. And best of all, they are free!
Smart Fitness has partnered with the American Safety Training Institute to provide you with a resource for CPR/AED training and certification. The training covers adult/child/infant techniques for CPR, AED (automated external defibrillator), and conscious and unconscious choking.
